What to Do If My Listing Is Rejected?

If your listing is rejected, don’t worry—this usually means some information needs to be corrected or updated. Here’s what you can do:

  1. Check the rejection reason
    Review the message or notification explaining why your listing was rejected.
  2. Edit the listing
    Go to your Dashboard → My Listings, select the rejected listing, and click Edit.
  3. Fix the highlighted issues
    Update missing details, incorrect information, or media that doesn’t meet guidelines.
  4. Resubmit for review
    After making the necessary changes, submit the listing again for approval.

Common reasons for rejection include incomplete information, incorrect pricing, low-quality images, or violation of platform guidelines. Once corrected and resubmitted, your listing will be reviewed again. If you need help, our support team is always available.
