Why Am I Seeing ‘Please Purchase a Plan’ Message?
If you see the “Please Purchase a Plan” message, it means your account currently does not have an active subscription plan. This can happen in the following cases:
- No plan purchased yet – You haven’t selected or paid for any subscription plan.
- Previous plan expired – Your last subscription has ended, and a new plan is required to continue using premium features.
- Plan limitations exceeded – Your current plan’s limits (e.g., number of listings or contact views) have been reached.
To resolve this, go to the Plans section in your dashboard, select a suitable plan, and complete the payment. Once your plan is active, the message will disappear, and you can continue using all features.
